健球推广员范，公众号：上海崇明拓革健球俱乐部【规则】健球初级规则

活动须知：

1．请事先报名（报名方式见后）；

2．俱乐部准备健球（KIN-BALL）、比赛背心、记分牌、少量护具；

3．体育馆内有淋浴和更衣室，请大家准备好体育运动衣裤鞋；

4．为安全考虑，活动暂不吸纳超过65周岁的发烧友；

5. 请带好体育运动护具（护膝、护肘），现场也有购买；

7．12:00是正式开始时间，请准时到达参与热身活动；

8．为避免受伤，请勿佩戴戒指、手镯、手链、手表等手上的饰物。

Notice,

a.Register in advance.(Method Below)

b.活动A few Kin-Balls, competition vests,scoreboard are prepared.

c.There are shower and changing room in the gym. Please wear Sportswear and shoes.

d.For the sake of safety, over 65years old not allowed.

e.Please bring kneepad and elbow pad.We also sell on site.

f.Please arrive in time(12pm) to participate in the warm-up activities.

g. Do not wear hand accessoriessuch as ring, bracelet, watch.
